Ematic app store

I have an ematic tablet powered by android 4.0 and would like to know how to download apps? when i enter the ematic app store it tells me that there are no apps available and to try another day.

Can you get in contact with Ematic for me and ask for the flash files for the Ematic pro series EGP007 because i have tried contacting them numerous of times and they wont respond.
