My daughter has forgotten her unlock code to the 9-pin password on her Archos 7 tablet.
Any ideas on how I can do this myself, rather than getting charged a score on the high street please?

Welcome to the forum

If the tablet was connected to WiFi it would eventually ask for the Google credentials and would allow you to get in. If not then you would need to do a hardware factory reset.
