External Hard Drive and HDMI TV

Hi everyone,

I am sorry if this has been asked already, but I need some advice. I am looking for an Android tablet that I can connect my SeaGate 2TB external hard drive to, and at the same time connect the tablet to my TV using an HDMI. Basically I am looking for an reliable, non-expensive, uses Play Store, and that will allow me to play movies on my TV that are on my external hard drive.

Many people have needed both capabilities on tablets then ended up with one that wouldn't work. Many of the less expensive tablets don't have HDMI and some of those either don't have any USB or won't accept a cable that would provide that support. You may need to consider spending more than you planned but it's good that you are checking in advance,
