Filesystem problem

Hello
now I flashed my bricked FL2 with 0.6.3.1.(676) with complete Kernel 2.6.32.9, but when I try to flash the 3656 or 3935, or any FW else, allways come the mistake
BURNED FILESYSTEM FAILED

so what can I do? Which filesystem will be the right one?
