Flash quit working

I had to do a hard reset to my tablet a week ago and now i am unable to view flas media. any suggestions on how to fix?

Flash isn't part of Android. It's an app all its own and needs to be installed. However, it cannot be installed from the Play Store as Adobe no longer supports it. Adobe however has an old versions page where you can download it.
