Since Family treemaker is a window based program, and not an android based it wouldn't work. I imagine though you can use the online tree function at ancestry.com (which is free, but does require a membership). I just got my daughter a tablet, and am waiting for the one I am getting for christmas from my mom, so I haven't had a chance to look into apps but I doubt there is a genealogy one yet.
