Rockchip RK2808a is an ARM9 CPU at 600 MHz with a DSP supporting up to 720p.
The 7" Apad iRobot has been one of the more popular variants. It's a generic device. Known as simply the Apad in China.
There are at least 3 variants of this generic device.
