Gentouch screen not responsive?

So I applied the "Linckraker modified update and fixes" from http://augendev.wikispaces.com/UPDATES+and+FIXES. After a reboot, the touch screen became completely unresponsive. (Perhaps I was supposed to install the Augen v3 first?) Tried a factory reset, but the screen is still unresponsive. I can still use the hardware keys in the back and can boot into Clockworks recovery. That's about it.

Anyone have any advice on how I can restore the touch on the screen?

First, what did you actual install. If you did not install Lincs V3 update first, do so and then do the google apps fix. This should fix the problem.

Augen ROM first then Rooted ROM v3.
