Getting a Galaxy Tab 3

I upgraded my cable service from 15 to 50Mbps, and TWC will be sending me a Galaxy Tab 3 as part of the offer.

Should I keep my 2012 Nexus 7 and give the Galaxy Tab 3 to my kid, or keep the Galaxy Tab 3 and give the Nexus 7 to my kid?

Gotta upgrade my cable modem to a DOCSIS 3 modem too.

Personally, a stock Android tablet is still the best. Others are corrupted with Android skins, UIs, and customizations that just slow down your tablet and take up space.

Up to you, but be careful of the charging port on the Tab 3, mine (and a bunch of others, evidently) seem to have stopped working.
