Gome flytouch

hi i am also a newbie with tablets,however i seem to have identified mine as the flytouch. when i check on the specs for the os, this is what i get

1.6

Kernel version
2.6.29-00236-g4f8dbbb-dirty

Build number
WMT2.0_8102

does this mean i have a fairly up to date version firmware?

Actually its on a clone brand of ePad

Same here, also mine's an 8". Same kernel version and build number. Market does not work, but I managed to download a Facebook.apk from the softonic android site on the off chance that it might work (FB touch site detects unit as an X10) -- and it did =)
