But, yes, if you get a different browser (Dolphin Browser HD, Maxathon, Opera Mobile, etc) that support flash, you may be able to get flash working. It may be necessary to get a copy of the flash APK from someone with ICS, not sure if it will show up in the Play Store for 4.1 devices.
