Hi I have an Android All winner and I'm having problems downloading things as I can not load Google play is there a solution to this I would be greatful for any help . Thanks.

You don't specify which Allwinner you have. You can root the tablet and install a Google apps package from http://goo.im/gapps/ to get Play Store functionality. However, as your tablet is not a certified Google device many apps will not be available for you to download.
