I am running Clemsyn and Calkulin v8 which is supposed to have hardware acceleration. However, when I use Rockplayer or Mobo Player and specify that I want hardware decoding, I cannot see my videos at all, and I have to switch to software decoding in order to see them.
What am I missing? Does hardware decoding just work for certain types of video files? Or should it work for all types?
