has anybody got wifi working after upgrading to android 2.2

So i finally decided to update to android 2.2 on my zenithink zt-180 tablet. everything seems fine less force close messages

but my big hangup is that my wifi no longer connects. i really don't want to fool around with the router and changing security codes like wep to wpa

Change the amount of channels to 6 on your wireless router.

hoben02, could you check yet if the amount of channels is the problem? Seems some ZT-180 have this problem on android 2.2, others don't.

My Tablet worked out of the box on wifi. It is 2.2 version. I just switched the wifi on and it founf my rounter right away. I put in my password and she has been tunning well ever since.

seems that people who have verizon fios with wep is not working unless you change the security to open but then you share the wifi with everybody in your neighborhood. so anybody got any workarounds with verizon fios
