Headset out not working

Tested on couple different headsets and it's no longer working. anyone else have this issue?

Speakers work fine still.

Sounds simple, but I've had to push the plug in to the tablet very hard to get it to connect.

I've experienced just the opposite. With the headset that came with the case package, I just have to push it in all the way in and all sounds good. With any other headset I only hear the extreme left and right spectrum of a stereo field, however, if I pull the plug out just a little bit, it suddenly sounds correct.

Same here, speakers are soft even with the volume set to max
