Hi guys I'm new here been lurking a few days trying to find info on the New Coby I ordered, well today I just recieved it in the mail it's the Coby MID8024 and it seems I may have the first one on here. Soon as I play with it a little I'll post some findings. Please note I am a noobie android guy, so bear with me.

Yea I also purchased the 8024 and will be receiving it Friday. I'm tempted to try Dave's method he used to root the 7024. As far as I have seen the only difference between the two is the screen size.
