help me with sylvania tablet

I need an Help also! I buy a Sylvania 10" yesterday, and it does not torn on! on the screen not appear anything! why? please help me

Is there a reset button (small hole where you can insert something like a straightened papercl clip)? Use it.

This is from another thread, it's the problem with posting in too many places to keep track of but luckily I was able to find it quickly:

I bought it yesterday! I follow the instructions... I charged it for six hours, than I try to turn on, the light became blue but on the screnn never not appear anything! why? please! help me!

Have you tried the support site at sylvaniatablet.com? I was having trouble with my sylvania tablet also and they was able to help me solve my problems there.

I think it is funny that they do not even have the right model number listed for the tablet on their website. They have it as SYNET7IP. Plus why do they not have information on all the different models??
