Help me!!!

I purchased 4 of these DOPO D7016 tablets for my kids for xmas and low and behold one of them wont work properly. Go figure it just happened to be my sons tablet that was faulty and xmas day is his birthday! He was so disappointed! Anyways I have this tablet and it will not connect to wifi and I cant even get the wifi to turn on in the tablet. it isnt noticing any networks and when I turn wifi on it says that its turning on but eventually the little on/off button slips back to off and nothing happens. I have rebooted an factory reset and cleared the cache and everything I can think of! How the heck do I get the wifi to turn on in thi thing????
OH by the way it shows no I.P. address or info like that in about device. Is that normal?

Since you were able to get the other 3 to work without any problems, I'd say the unit is defective and you should return it.
