Hi, I'm Nancy Kay. I was given a used android and in an attempt to delete all her old information I hit reset factory settings button to delete all old info. Well, now everything is in Chinese and I can't get anything that looks like a language selection. Is there anyway to get it to be in English.
I can't find any numbers or other identifying marks on the case. It is in a pink case with a keyboard. Sorry I don't have anymore information to identify the brand.

Hopefully, someone there will be able to go into the settings and restore the English menus for you. You won't be the first person to try it and it's worked for others.
