HELP tethering internet from iPhone 4 to android via USB

Is this possible? If so does anyone know how to do it?

Also my USB stick isn't recognised when i plug it in, can anyone help?

You would be better off wifi tether to the iphone I have a 3gs and thats what I do with Mywi app
