Help with ESPN3

I'm generally keeping happy with my VTAB but 1 issue has me about to return it. I love the quality of the video when watching utube. So iknow I'll be happy if I can watch ESPN3 and videos from vasportstv.com. It looks like both of these sights need flash 10.2 or higher. I'm using the stock browser. Is there any way to watch web content that uses flash 10.2 or higher

OK loaded dolphin hd and espn3 works but vasportstv.com tells me I need an updated flash player and doesn't load. Any other ideas out there?

I'm getting the same issue too now.

how are you getting espn 3 to work? I have dolphin hd but cant load the streaming aspect, it just goes to where video is normally shown, but remains blank?

i have downloaded both dolphin hd and puffin but still wont stream any ideas?
