If it is WiFi enabled you could use a MiFi personal HotSpot, 3G do one for about £30 but you have to buy airtime either on contract or PAYG. NOT cheap!!
Of course, you can also use the free hotspots provided by McDonnald's, Burger King, Starbucks and Tesco among others, Airports and I believe some Train Stations also offer free connection.
