Honeycomb can't run music or videos in background tabs or apps?

Hi guys,

I'm new to the tablet world, and I got the Asus Transformer. It is working fine, but it doesn't play multimedia in background tabs in the Android Browser nor does it play in background tabs on Dolphin HD. The Youtube app doesn't play in the background either...it only plays in the background with the "Music" app. Is there a setting I can change that I can allow media to play in the background as I multitask on the tablet? Thanks!
