It's probably not going to work. Did your tablet come with a miniusb to usb adapter?

HI-picking up this thread
I am trying to use a tablet to scan bar codes. I need to have the codes directly read into spreadsheet so I can't use google goggles which only recognizes images.
I have two pads right now. I have a Haipad m701 with a built in camera but it produces a reversed image. I cant get anything to read on that. I have a mini-to-full size usb adapter but the external camera I attach is an old logitech - it is not recognized. I also have a z180 epad with a full size usb port but it too does not recognize the camera. any suggestions for a camera setup i can try to get either a proper image on the haipoad or to get a tablet to recognize an external camera?
thanks.

I found this thread while doing some searches on connecting USB Cameras to a Tablet, hoping since this is almost a year old thread that something new came up...

Anyone had any success or know something on the subject by chance ?
