How to Delete Personal Data?

I've lost patience with this thing and want to get a refund.
I put a pin in the pinhole Reset hole but there must be a trick to it because my personal data is still in the tablet.
I'm incredibly frustrated with this device.

look under settings for factory reset. or reboot into recovery mode and wipe data.
