How to open HTML files on the sdcard on android 4.0

Hi all,

I want to test some HTML files on my tablet. The tablet is a Ployer Momo9 running Android 4.0. I've installed "KWS" and "HTML View". I have a HTML file on the sdcard but can't seem to open the file. My path is

sdcard/app.html

I;ve tried the native browser - it won't open the file. Also tried Opera Browser, it too won't see the file.

Have I missed something?
