how to rcord voice on coby 7024?

Just got this tab, want to record live lectures and other voice.Can,t find a recording button. I know it should work. Can someone please enlighten me. I make skype calls with this tab so I I know there is a voice fx. Thank you

AFAIK there is no built-in voice recorder in Kyros as there is on iPhone for example. You will need to download and install an apk like this one:

Be aware that the mic in these devices usually only works well if the sound source is close to it.

thank you, the above app, or any other recording app for that matter. will not show up when I go to android market from the Kyros. I tried other online sources, but they don't download to the Kyros. I've had this problem with a few other apps, when I try to download them. I would really like to be able to record on the Kyros. Any suggestion on how I could get these recorder apps unto my tab? Thank you, Anne

Try going to GetJar.com, select your device and search. It showed a few apps for MID1024, should work with yours as well. Good luck.
