How to remove the Chinese off of an Andriod 7" tablet w/camera

Hello i got mt three kids and my wife a chinese 7" Android w/camera. is there a way to remove the chinese off of it because everytime they go to type something it show chinese at the top of the keyboard. i have checked all of the settings and they are correct.

make sure that you have the language setting correct as well as the keyboard.

Go to Setttings, click on the Language and Keyboard and make sure you have this set properly.


Give that a try and let me know if that worked.

me either I have tried it all and I can't get it off. From what i have read it's an app that is no longer offered by you guys, but i can't get into the app without setting up the google account and i can't without being able to use the keyboard!! It doesn't show symbols in English, just goes to Chinese. Its a christmas gift for my son and I'd like it to be fixed before Christmas!! Thanks for any help!!!

You may have to download English Keyboard Apps (AnySoftKeyboard) from Google Play Store.Then go to Setting Page to choose once it's installed.
