Huawei E172 & Tablet 8902

I need an information because I'm buying a Tablet and I hope anybody can help me...
The tablet specifications reports:
-OS: Android 2.1
-Telechip8902 800Mhz
-256 RAM
-2GB Disc
...
-External support function 3G (WCDMA / EVPO
external connection USB) - optional (What means ???!!)
...
My question is: My Huawei e172 is supported ?

What that means is the technically the tablet can use an optional 3G dongle that plugs into the USB port.

HOWEVER, the list of supported 3G dongles is short and may not work with ones available or with 3G service providers in your country. The tablets come from China so Asian market service providers and dongles are better supported.

I speak english not very well so I've understood that is not sure but probably this tablet in my country (italy) does not support the E172 Huawei key. Is it right ?
@ xaueious you suggest me Haipad m701 but I've not understood: does it support the e172 key ?
