Huawei Mediapad Tablet PC Locked On Fastboot&Rescue Mode

My Mediapad T1-A21L while I was trying to root was stuck "fastboot & rescue mode" Please connect usb cable to your computer and open Hisuite; more information Homepage - EMUI and robottino to understand each other.
Unfortunately I took the computer to repair it because it broke the memory I do not remember well how I did and also I lost everything. Help me thanks in advance
