I can’t Yahoo attach files

I use M7 7” 4GB Real Android 2.2 Samsung PV210

I use Yahoo on my android and I can’t attach files.
Why??

On my PC Yahoo Mail shows "attachments", but my android does not show "attachments".
There are photos on my android
