I need serious help !

My new M70003 Series tablet isnt charging !
ive only had it for 4 days now and nothing is wrong with it
the only thing that came in the box is a charger and the little usb box

If it isn't charging then it is a manufacturers problem (unless you have been hacking the software) - I would be taking it back or be on the phone with the purchase place discussing return/replacement options
