Anyone have experience with video formats supported with the 3 platforms?

These are still the best platforms for video playback on Android.

I have only tried Rockchip RK2808 and Telechips TCC8902.

Telechips plays everything I throw at it. Literally. Rmvb, H264 mkv, flv:

I have not had a chance to try Rockchip's RK2818 and Android 2.1. My RK2808 based Apad is broken so I haven't tried MKV subtitle support, but moderate to high bitrate videos did experience major issues with playback, namely for 720p.
RK2818 is new on the market and I have yet to see good side-by-side comparisons, but it is rumored to be better. It still only goes up to 720p support. RK2808 is at end-of-life.

How is Infotmic/ZT180 for video playback? It is said to support 1080p natively.

Infotmic has had major issues with video playback in earlier firmware revisions of the ZT180. I wanted to know if it works well now.

Just because you stated that Infotmic has Flash 10.1 support, I'm doubting your claims a little, because that's false.
