internet connection problem with my prestigio tablet

Hi every one,just joined community and would like to ask if anyone can help with y problem.
I have a prestigio multipad 8 but have a problem trying to connect broadband dongle.Although the icon shows up on the screen it say no internet connection.Can anyone advise please

Most broadband dongles are not supported in Android. I have a link below with some suggestions on ways to use a dongle (select models) and alternatives.
