Invisible Password

Is there a program available to allow the user to see password entries WHILE typing instead of *********** ?

I have found that the ability to display the password as you're typing is controlled by the app on an app by app basis. Some tablets and phones do have a setting that calls for displaying the password but very few. That doesn't always work either.
