iPad mini cases for Nexus 7

I own a Nexus 7 tablet. Not so satisfied with the variety of cases out there.
Can I use iPad mini cases for this tablet?
I know the size is not exactly the same, but I want a sleeve rather than a perfect-fitting multifunctional cover.

I recently bought my Nexus 7 case from Amazon and am very satisfied. They also carry sleeves.

If you did not get any sleeves with your nexus 7 then you can go for other sleeves which can properly cover your tablet. I have seen your given link. It's quite cool.
