Is It Possible To Tether my Blackberry to my Kyros Tablet?

I just got a Coby Kyros and the Wifi connection were I am at is weak and doesn't connect all the time.

Is there a way to tether the internet and phone service from my black berry or from my laptop?

If I could tether it to my blackberry since I always have that with me that would be cool.

Does anyone know how?

I have a bb 8330 on bb os 5 and a kyros 2015 on Android os 2.1
