Is the Le Pan support site down?

Hi

I've been trying to contact Le Pan support with no luck.

I tried:
LePan Support

And then their phone number 1-855-537-2672 (1-855-LePanPC) which still has a message that it is closed for thanks giving

Anyone know what's going on with these guys?

Le Pan recently changed to a new contract support center. Apperantly they suck. Keep trying. And keep us posted on your success.
