Is this a good tablet?

I found this tablet that is surprisingly cheap, and it great for the tasks that my mom will be doing.

All she is doing is MOSTLY play games.
She doesn't surf, emails and etc.

Or do you think I should get this extra 10 dollar tablet?

I'm aware their resolution is low, but considering that my mom will be doing is playing games and that's pretty much it.
