Got some good news today, surprise The Vizio tech team called me to day and We talked again and I sent them pictures of my invoice and they made arrangements for me to ship the unit back to them, what a surprise and on Sunday yet! So looks like I'm in luck and there Support is great! Seems they had not received my invoice I emailed them.
