It Was a Matter of Time... Loose Mini USB So I Can't Charge Anymore

Got some good news today, surprise The Vizio tech team called me to day and We talked again and I sent them pictures of my invoice and they made arrangements for me to ship the unit back to them, what a surprise and on Sunday yet! So looks like I'm in luck and there Support is great! Seems they had not received my invoice I emailed them.

Awesome! Glad to hear.

When I went through it I fortunately still had my receipt from Costco and also had to take the pictures. I am impressed with Vizio support other companies could learn a thing or two from this company.
 
Just a reminder if you buy on-line you can login on the site you purchased from and get an invoice from the purchase history ( proof of purchase)!
