These days, my tablet IT900 7" has stopped in the android logo too.
I'm sad, because this happen in the first 3 days of use
ok, what I already have do before:
root
installed app sdbooster (increase cache size to 256)
installed app swapper (create a swap file with 300 Mb)
so, I think that some thing make a "mass" in the filesystem.
Why? now, I already make reset to factory and clear cache with adb and with phoenix suite (reboot from recovery) many times.
and cant find any rom for his screen size, 7 inch.
well, the sdcard can be read, and the adb is responding
I opened it and not see any cable in bad conditions.
maybe just undoing the 2 steps described above, can bring back he
