Just ordered my VIZIO VTAB1008!!! what to do first?

Just ordered my VIZIO VTAB10008 so what should i do first when i get it?How do I root this thing?ICS?Roms?

I have a Droid 1 Rooted so not new to all this and will be getting the Galaxy Nexus This week(hopefully)
