Just purchased a Coby Kyros MID1126 looking for some help

I just purchased my Coby Kryos MID1126 and I'm looking to do a few things after it arrives.

Root it and hopefully upgrade it to Cyanogen 9
If it's not possible to root it or get Cyanogen 9 on it I'd hopefully like to get Android 4.0 on it
Again if it's not possible to root it I'd still like the android market.

I'm pretty sure I can do all the things I'd like, I just need some help from more experienced people. I'm not a novice, I'm new to android but I am not new to rooting (used to do allot of stuff with iOS)
