L.A USA N102

Hello.. i have a problem with this L.A USA N102 of mine... when i turned on, it hangs on start up... there is an android logo dancing only.. how can i repair this kind of problem.. i'm noob..

can u help me guys? this is the specs:

A factory reset of your tablet should repair that problem.

If there are no instructions there specifically for your tablet, try some of the methods for other tablets. One of them will probably work and you won't hurt anything by trying as long as the tablet has a good charge or is plugged in during the reset.

thanks for the reply...but i did reset by pressing the reset button on the back but it didnt work...

The reset button does not do factory reset. It is only intended for restarting a tablet that has locked up.
