Lock screen turning on and draining battery

People, I have a problem
When idle and on 16% battery, my tab turns on the lock screen. If I don't do anything, it stays this way until battery is totally drained.
My Samsung tab 8.9 is not rooted.
Can anyone tell me what could be happening to my tab?

Found the source of the problem, but it is not solved yet...
When the tab notifies the battery is low (at 15%), the lock screen turns on and drains the battery (smart way to show me the battery is low, uh?)
Please help me if anyone knows a way to solve it.
