Locked Up on Droid Screen

Hello all,

I am just starting w/ droid so bear with me everyone. Have several pc's and both my wife and I have iphones. My 7 year old daughter was glued to my iphone for the apps so we bought her one of the el cheapo droid tabs on the market that are made in China with the hope I would once again be able to use my phone. Within one week it locked up on droid screen and won't boot after I did factory reset from recovery mode. From what I understand I need to reflash the ROM but have no idea who the manufacturer is so I'm hoping I can find what I need here. Truly get what you pay for but I really expected more than a week for the thing lol.
