[Thoroughly Confused]

I recently purchased my first Android Tablet Digiland DL718M. Rather than stumble blindly along, I figured it would be wise to get in touch with people who actually know what they're doing. I have no problem admitting my ignorance & will gratefully accept any help/advice you can give me.
