My icons are not responding to my touch,please help.

I won a matrix 7" touchscreen internet tablet android 4.0, sc-75mid thru the quibids auctin and now that i got the thing charged i cant get none of my icons to respond to my touch. I tried looking up tech support thru the company but i cant find no phone numbers to get started. Can anyone pls give me some advice on how to solve this problem.
