my tablet will not maintain settings, says no applications installed.....

i connected to a pc and now my tablet will not maintain setting tells thatsome of even the apps that were come installed are not there, says my internal memory is full, none of the apps i installed are there, some of the apss that were installed are not working like my camera it tells me i need to insert my sd card.... i did a factory reset still not working please help

Does it continue to do this even after disconnecting from your PC and waiting a few seconds? When you connect to a computer it takes over the file system and Android can no longer see the files, particularly those on the SD card or in NAND storage.

Without the PC connection restart your tablet to see if it makes a difference.
